• Usage & Lead Activity: Search queries executed, saved leads, token balance updates, and account tier preferences.
• Technical Data: Standard access logs, browser type, and IP addresses to assist in fraud prevention and network security.

2. Payment Processing (Stripe)

Payment transactions for LeadBook search packs and subscriptions are processed entirely by our third-party payment vendor, Stripe.

Brodyn Digital LLC does not store, transmit, or process raw credit card numbers or banking details on our servers. All financial data is managed governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Provide, maintain, and bill for the LeadBook application.
• Authenticate user access and track individual token allocations.
• Store your saved lead lists and search history within your user dashboard.
• Protect our service against unauthorized scraping, abuse, or security incidents.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers or third parties. Information is only shared with infrastructure providers strictly required to operate the platform (such as database hosting via Supabase and billing via Stripe).

Your account credentials, search logs, and saved leads remain stored as long as your account is active. You have the right to request access to your personal information or request account and data deletion at any time by contacting support.
