2. Accounts and Authentication

To access certain features, including saving lead records and executing search queries, you must register for an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Tokens, and Billing

  • Payment Processing: All transactions and subscription payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorize Brodyn Digital LLC to charge your selected payment method.
  • Token Credits: Search query executions and unlocking additional business results consume non-refundable token credits tied to your active plan tier.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of data aggregation, purchases and subscription fees are non-refundable once search credits have been consumed.

4. Permissible Use and Data Restrictions

You agree to use LeadBook strictly for lawful business lead generation. You agree not to:

  • Automate bulk scraping, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the application.
  • Resell, redistribute, or license the aggregated lead data to third parties without prior written authorization from Brodyn Digital LLC.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, token tracking, or access controls.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service and generated lead data are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Brodyn Digital LLC makes no guarantees regarding third-party contact accuracy, business availability, or sales outcomes resulting from extracted leads.

6. Modifications and Contact
